How does Hosted LiBRARYSOFTWeB work?

We provide web links along with an Username and Password to LiBRARYSOFTWeB for Library staff and a OPACinternet for Patrons. Hosting is purchased at an annual fee of $395.

How do my Patrons search?

We include OPACintenret which can also run across the Internet, across a Network or even a single computer. Patrons can place Search, place Holds and even Renew items borrowed.

Can I run Multiple Libraries?

Yes, as many as purchased by your license. You can run all the Libraries in a School District, a group of Public Libraries, Corporate Libraries, a Military Base, Group of Hospitals and more .

How do I add new records?

The Catalog Module has a built in AutoFill function, just click and scan in your Book or DVD. You can also add data by using the Gateway.

What about Reports and Labels?

We provide a list of standard Reports and graphic Reports along with Custom Reports created over the years for other Libraries, you can even add new Reports created by the LiBRARYSOFT Report Generator. Labels are included and new ones can be added from LiBRARYSOFT.

Is there Security?

Yes, you can limit access to Staff and even view Reports detailing usage of the System.
