Downloads
Check that you have the latest version of your software. Due to the size and diversity of our users upgrades go on continuously. A solution to your problem may be as simple as downloading the lastest upgrade.
Documentation
Review your manuals, and download the latest documentation from the download site. New methods and ideas are added continuously.
Training CDs
The Training CD are optional but if you or your staff do not have alot of library automation experience our Training CD could save you a great deal of time.

Telephone
This is the most expensive method of support but at times nothing beats a human voice to exchange ideas with. Our hours ar 9am to 4pm PST in the Western Hemisphere (Seattle time) and 9am to 4pm GMT (London Time) for the Eastern Hemisphere.
Site Visit
We can send staff out for training or assistance with setup or Training, particularly with Customized software.
