Check on your order - We normally ship by UPS, FedX or Post, Barcode Scanners, Printers and hardware ship separately. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have not received your order or if it is incomplete.

Support time remaining - Customer support and upgrades can be purchased separately. It normally includes one month to six months of support and upgrades. Please do not hesitate to call or email to find out the time remaining.

Product registration - Most librarysoft products require registration. To register you can click on Online registration and use the password to receive a reg code. Or, click on offline registration and email us the hardwareid code that appears. We will email back a registration code and library name to copied and pasted into the registration screen.

Transfer of ownership - Normally transfer of ownership of the software is not a problem, please email us the details of the transfer.
